HOW TO PAY USING ATM/E-BANKING

  1. Payment through Bank's channels.
  2. Choose menu "Pay/Buy/Payment/Purchase" or you can check on menu "Others/Other Payment".
  3. Choose menu Phone Payment/Telkom.
  4. Choose Telkom/Telecommunication/Telkom Pay/Finpay.
  5. Enter 12 digits payment code (021xxxxxxxxx) that you received from email.
  6. With exception for Bank BNI, Bank Maybank, Bank OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, you have to include "0" in front (before 12 digit of payment code).
  7. Choose "Yes" to continue to the next step.
  8. Request confirmation will appear and make sure that the information is correct.
  9. Choose "Yes" to continue the payment process.
  10. The transaction has finished and you will receive notification about your successful transaction.

Through PT. POS/PEGADAIAN/INDOMARET/ALFAMART

  1. Customer informs the Modern Retail Channels/PT. Pos/Pegadaian/Indomaret/Alfamart officer to do payment using the code Pay Telkom/Finpay.
  2. The officer will choose menu "Pay/Buy".
  3. The officer will choose menu Pay Telephone/Telkom/Finpay.
  4. Customer informs 12 digit of payment code (021xxxxxxxxx) to be input by the officer.
  5. The officer choose "Yes" to continue to the next step.
  6. Request confirmation will appear and make sure that the information is correct.
  7. The officer choose "Yes" to continue the payment process.
  8. Your transaction has finished and the officer will receive successful transaction notification.

This payment couldn't be done at:

  • Bank BRI
  • ATM BCA
HOW TO PAY USING GO-PAY
  1. You must be registered as a GO-PAY user and have the GO-JEK application on your smartphone.
  2. After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and you press the "Next Process" button, you will be directed to the GO-PAY payment page.
  3. Click CONTINUE and Pay with GO-PAY on the GO-PAY payment page.
  4. Open the GO-JEK application on your smartphone.
  5. Click Scan QR. Note: The QR Scan button will only appear if your GO-PAY balance is more than Rp. 10,000
  6. Point your camera at the QR Code listed on the payment page.
  7. Double check your payment details in the GO-JEK application and press the Pay button.
  8. If payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS and e-mail containing the electronic ticket (PDF)

OVO

HOW TO PAY USING OVO

  1. You must be registered as an OVO user and have the OVO application on your smartphone
  2. After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and you press the "Next Process" button, you will be directed to the OVO payment page
  3. Enter the telephone number you registered in your OVO application then click PAY
  4. Then open your OVO application from your smartphone
  5. Then select notification on your OVO application to complete the payment (Payment time with OVO is only 1 minute, and it is recommended to make payment immediately)
  6. If the payment is successful, then you will receive a confirmation message and email containing an electronic ticket (PDF)

HOW TO PAY USING DANA

  1. You must be registered as a DANA user
  2. After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and you press the "Next Process" button, you will be directed to the DANA payment page
  3. Enter the telephone number and enter your DANA pin
  4. Then check message on your mobile and enter the verification code
  5. Check your transaction and select Payment Method DANA Balance
  6. Then click PAY
  7. If the payment is successful, then you will receive a confirmation message and email containing an electronic ticket (PDF)

HOW TO PAY USING MAYBANK VIRTUAL ACCOUNT

  1. Payments can be through ATM, SMS Banking or Maybank Bank Internet Banking (BII).
  2. After agreeing the Terms & Conditions and clicking the "Next Process" button, you will get a Virtual Account Number.
  3. Save the Virtual Account Number and Nominal number.
  4. Please see the payment guide using ATM, SMS Banking or Internet Banking.

  1. Payment can be made through ATM or KEB Hana Bank Internet Banking.

  3. Record the Virtual Account Number and Nominal number.
